WHA Series pumps are proper for most necessary applications in slurry handling. These pumps' design prepares a unique life period for parts under its abrasion so that cause the least operational cost

The WHA Series have many applications such as feeding hydrocyclones, recovering wastes water, pumping all kind of slurry with different density, etc. Because of Large diameter, slow turning, high-efficiency impellers, these pumps have the longest life period of wearing parts and least operation cost

Shaft

Minimal shaft/impeller overhang reduces shaft deflection and increases packing life

Casing

Heavy duty construction with through-bolt design reduce the repair period and minimize the pump's breakdown times. Pump's  casings are ductile cast iron which provides durability, strength, safety and long life cycle

Impeller

In order to maximum, wear life and reducing operational costs. The impellers have designed in such way that their diameter is large, their rotating speed is reduced, and therefore their efficiency is increased

Wear Parts
The internal fluid path has designed widely so that by reducing internal velocities, the parts' life cycle get increased and the performance cost gets reduced


Bearing Assembly
The cartridge-style bearing assembly allows for maintenance in a clean environment without removal of the pump, causes a reliable performance for pumps and long life periods for bearings

Clearance adjustment
For adjusting the impeller and expeller space for best performance during the normal life of the impeller, pump disassembly is not needed and the clearance can be adjusted like the figure. After loosening the bolt of Clamp A, the assembled set of the bearing housing with the impeller and shaft can be moved forward by adjusting bolt B since it hits the pumps liner and then by pushing the set backwards, the required space is obtained
 




Front pull-out Method

For periodic inspection or at time wear parts of pumps need to be replaced, after disconnecting the piping system from the pumps, the pump casing assembled set is disconnected from the front section
