Commercial Unit

Ray Sanat's Commercial Unit with the set goal of increasing customer's satisfaction of products and services while taking customer growth in account has a long term lookout on the market
The consonant connection between the commercial, design and engineering, production and quality control unit has resulted in high quality and quick responses to the customer's questions, efficient and proper changes proportional to process and consistency of orders and after sale services

Design and Engineering Unit

All product designing and production designing process is led by the most professional employees in this unit. Using the knowledge and experience combined with advanced 3d designing programs, they have set their goals on improving product designs and enabling customer suggestions and orders in the designing process of specific products

The systematic execution and advanced reverse engineering with professional and quality based designing process are the key strengths of this important and reliable unit

Foundry Unit

The Foundry Unit consists of specialized and experienced personnel in the field of metallurgy and materials and based on successful technical knowledge by acquiring the latest technologies in the field of metallurgy and foundry  of various types of high cream anti-wear alloys, nickel-based super alloys , iron and austenitic steels (with carbon about 0.02%) and all kinds of two-phase steels and alloys of stainless and anti-corrosion steels
The facilities of this unit include a metallographic laboratory, analysis of materials and induction melting furnaces with a melting capacity of 1 ton of steel per hour, heat treatment furnaces, oxygen and nitrogen injection pots and a modeling unit



Production Unit

Ray Sanat's Production Unit with a range of highly advanced equipment and professional personnel is able to perform sensitive production operations such as specialized high tech small and large and heavy parts with the diameter of 2 meters and the accuracy of hundred millimeters. Part of the complexity of the related manufacturing process is for chipping and machining the cream filled anti-wear parts with the hardness of about 55 HRC

Different parts of the company's production unit include independent casting, modeling, molding and turning parts, milling, boring and drilling, sheet metal workshop, assembly workshop, painting workshop, spark and welding and pressing workshops
All these sections consist of professional and highly trained personnel working hard to deliver the perfect results for customer satisfaction and improvement of production process

The quality control unit with utilization of engineering and quality control systems and techniques with world class standards plays a big role in observation and testing of the produced products and the production process
